Biotecnología Aplicada a Cultivos Agrícolas

El Laboratorio de Biotecnología Aplicada a Cultivos Agrícolas funciona al alero del Departamento de Ciencias Agronómicas y Recursos Naturales de la Facultad.

Tiene como misión profundizar el conocimiento científico relativo a los mecanismos, fisiológicos y bioquímicos, involucrados en la relación suelo- planta- micorrizas en cultivos agrícolas. Al mismo tiempo estudia la dinámica de nutrientes en el suelo, especialmente del fósforo, contemplando el uso de microorganismos y la incorporación de enmiendas y/o productos biotecnológicos avanzados que promuevan la producción vegetal sostenible.
